Co-viewing
Co-viewing is watching content together with a child rather than leaving them to watch alone.

Co-viewing changes outcomes more reliably than reducing total time does, particularly for children under five.
It is also the recommendation parents find hardest to follow, because the practical purpose of the screen is usually to free up the adult.
