Generation Share of the Workforce
Each cohort's share of the working-age population now and projected, including the decade Generation Alpha overtakes Gen Z.
Workforce share shifts by cohort rather than by year, and Generation Alpha overtakes Gen Z in the 2040s — the handover most workforce planning still ignores.
